Dosage
1-3 capsules daily – depending on body weight.
The following product dosage is recommended:
body weight up to 90 kg – 2 capsules, one 30 minutes before breakfast and one before training, respectively
above 90 kg – 3 capsules, one before breakfast, one before lunch and one before training, respectively. Swallow each dose with plenty of water.
